October is a really important month for us at Barre Effect, so we are very excited to be hosting a Women's Health event in collaboration with Friends of Cancer Patients and The Pink Caravan, supporting Breast Cancer Awareness.

Join us on October 28th 10-11:30 am for a 45 minute barre class with Ivy, followed by a 15 minute meditation lead by Allie. Afterwards, Physiotherapist Jade Lucas-Read will take us through an insightful 30 minute Women's Health talk. Don't forget to wear pink to show your support!
