Nowadays, we are constantly running around, busy with friends, family, health and life in general. This one hour workshop will help you find balance by holding stretches for 3-5 minutes. Allie will slow you down by putting out that 'fire'... aka the fast paced life that we all have! You will breath, release and recover together.
